I have been wanting to try making tortilla's for a while now. Cinco de Mayo was the perfect excuse. They were super easy and very good. I love, love, love everything I've tried from Our Best Bites. Here's the link. Trew decided he likes lemons!
Thanks for the link---I love homemade flour tortillas, too. I am going to make them tonight (hopefully). Your Disney trip looked like so much fun, minus the chicken pox. I'm glad you made it through tax season and got to go on this vacation. You deserve it!
