Piano Guys in Boston

Sean loves the Piano Guys he bought tickets way back in May!
We invited Amy and Glen to go with us.

We left around noon and arrived around five, it was POURING rain.  We stayed at the Constitution Inn which Amy and Glen's friend had recommended to them.  More on that in a second!  We decided to check in to the hotel first then go to the concert then to dinner.  Sean and Glen dropped us off at the door. They parked the car and got DRENCHED running to the hotel.  As they were running they heard a women screaming--they ran to help her--she fell and broke her femur!  Her poor leg was not supposed to bend the way it was!  Once they met us to go to our rooms we were seriously wondering if we were staying at a homeless shelter!  Amy and Glen's room had a bonus waterfall coming out of one of the light fixtures in the room!  So we switched rooms.  We went back and forth on whether or not we should just leave and go to another hotel.  Our room was filthy!  So was Glen and Amy's but at least they got a few dimes out of it!  When Amy threw the bed covers down there were three dimes laying on the sheet!

We decided to just stay--looking back it seems ridiculous that we did!
We caught a taxi to the Wang Theater.

The theater was beautiful and the concert was amazing!

After a restless night sleep (Sean refused to get in the sheets-he laid fully clothed on top!  I drip dried after my shower-I didn't trust the towels.  We ate breakfast at a little diner in Belmont-soooo delicious!  Then we went to the temple to do an endowment session where I wanted to yell 'YES!' and jump out of my front row seat because it's the only one of the three new movies I haven't seen yet!  We had a fantastic day and a fantastic short trip to Bean Town.

These are fabulous pictures of us but this trip must be documented!!
